$SCARLET has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens with a 0.5% burn on every transfer and no separate transfer fee, launched via MerryForge.app's Burn Token template. The burn rate is capped in the template, protocol contracts are exempt (and the AMM pool is exempt after graduation), and holders can also burn tokens voluntarily.

Under the MerryForge Burn Token template the creator cannot mint new tokens, cannot increase fees, cannot blacklist wallets, cannot re-lock transfers after graduation, and cannot withdraw locked liquidity. The contract is verified on the Robinhood Chain explorer and a 150 USDG creator bond is posted, refundable only after a successful graduation.
