Every transfer permanently removes 1% of the moved amount from circulating supply. The burn rate is capped in the template and publicly visible on-chain — it cannot be raised after launch.
Voluntary holder burns
Holders can burn additional $SCARLET directly from their wallet through the template's public burn function. Every burn is permanent and tightens the float.
Protocol contracts excluded
Liquidity pools, routers, and other protocol contracts are excluded from the burn so swaps, LP add/remove, and cross-DEX routing keep working cleanly. The burn hits real transfers between holders, not plumbing.
